Damp Proof Course
Every cabin comes with a waterproof membrane as standard. This damp proof course protects the structure from rising moisture and helps ensure long-term durability.

Fixings Included
All of our self-build cabin kits come complete with the fixings required for assembly. Everything you need to construct the cabin is included in the package — no extra parts needed.
Roofing Options
We include premium roofing materials with every cabin:

Contemporary pent roof cabins come with an EPDM rubber roof as standard.

Pitched roof cabins include hexagonal felt shingles, offering both durability and a classic look.
Double Glazing as Standard
Every one of our log cabins comes fitted with double glazed, shatter-resistant doors and windows — providing improved insulation, enhanced safety, and long-lasting durability.
Floor Included
Our cabins are supplied with 21mm thick tongue-and-groove floorboards as standard — providing a solid, premium feel underfoot.
Prefer a different finish? We also offer laminate flooring as an optional upgrade.
Treated Timber Bearers
Each cabin is elevated on pressure-treated timber bearers. These help protect the structure from rising damp by improving airflow and moisture resistance at the base.
Locking Doors
All cabins feature adjustable locking doors, offering added security and a perfect fit — even if the timber naturally shifts over time.

Built with 44mm Logs
All of our cabins are constructed using 44mm thick double tongue-and-groove logs. This design feature provides enhanced durability, excellent weather resistance, and helps minimise ongoing maintenance — ensuring your cabin lasts for years to come.
Free Nationwide Delivery
We offer free delivery on all cabin kits throughout the UK. Your cabin will arrive via a Hi-Ab crane offload vehicle, making the process smooth and hassle-free — no lifting or extra arrangements required.
No Planning Permission
(In Most Cases)
The majority of our cabins are designed to be under 2.5 metres in height, meaning they typically fall within permitted development rights and do not require planning permission in most residential settings.
