In 2017, while running a property business, a client tasked us with finding a garden room that would look good from his contemporary house. What we assumed would be a simple task, turned into a global search and educational journey that brings us to today.
The options were a poorly designed and manufactured ‘traditional’ log cabin with leaking corners, or an ultra modern glass box, with an ultra modern price tag to match, and still leaked.
Where was the middle ground, an affordable building which offered contemporary styling, a mix of highest grade timber and modern construction processes. A building that could be multi functional and usable all year round. The extra space at home for the kids or the parents, for gym work, home work, work, after work fun and relaxation. That’s where the journey began.
