Customers purchasing selected log cabins from Surrey Log Cabins may qualify to receive a FREE air-conditioning unit as part of this promotional offer.

2. Promotion Period

This promotion starts on 26th May 2026 and will run for 14 days only. Surrey Log Cabins reserves the right to end or amend the promotion at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligible Cabins

The offer applies to selected cabins only and is not available on all products. Customers must contact Surrey Log Cabins directly to confirm whether a particular cabin qualifies for the promotion.

4. Installation Charges Apply

While the air-conditioning unit itself is supplied free of charge, installation charges will apply. Installation costs may vary depending on location, cabin specification, electrical requirements, and access conditions.

5. Supply & Installation

The air-conditioning unit will be supplied by Surrey Log Cabins or its approved suppliers/installers. Installation dates and availability are subject to scheduling and operational requirements.

6. Non-Transferable Offer

This offer:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Is non-transferable
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless agreed in writing

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

• Suitable electrical supply is available where required
• Adequate access is provided for installation
• Any permissions or approvals required for installation are obtained
