Its always good to know a little more about the people behind a business isn't it? So here I am to tell you a little more about me and how Surrey Log Cabins came about.
My name is Nic I live in Surrey with my wife, Tash and our football crazy 10 year old son Hugo. As a family we love new adventures, staycations, vacations and simple days together at the beach or family walks (with pub stops)!

Our weekends are usually busy with friends and family and of course the other love of my life, golf! If we aren't out and about you will find us at home getting stuck in to a project either in the house or the garden - We enjoy improving our home!

I've always wanted to create a family business that can grow organically with fantastic customer service and reasonable prices. Working together we are enjoying watching the business grow and are keen to emphasise the significance of working as a team.

From the base, to the build, the paintwork, to the electrics the whole team work together to make sure each client ends up with a cabin built specifically for them, with care and dedication throughout.

If you have any queries during the process Tash and I are on hand to take your calls and emails and are fortunate enough to enjoy a daily staff meeting!
Our story began when a client of our property design business asked us to find a stylish log cabin to compliment his contemporary home. After an exhaustive search of 100's of log eared cabins, Swiss chalet style 'Heidi' houses and cabins masquerading as sheds we realised our search was not going to be that easy. Fortunately for us, the client, and many customers since, we found a supplier who was able to bring us high quality Finnish timber cabins perfectly suited to the style and demands of most Surrey homes and Surrey Log Cabins was born.

We are proud to say our cabins use PEFC certified timber from a family owned saw mill in Finland which is committed to being a carbon positive company. Add to this state of the art design and cutting facilites and you will see why our products are far superior. We don't offer 'entry level' poorer grade products to give you headline grabbing prices, we offer 44mm Finnish spruce cabins, with double glazed windows and doors and modern EPDM rubber roofing as standard.
